We are committed to accountancy practice recruitment and at the centre of many practices are their audit, business services or accounts functions. We have a team dedicated to each.

We recruit across all areas of external audit, assurance, internal audit, risk, business services and accounts preparation.

We understand that no two audit roles are the same. Accountancy firms have different sector specialisms, deal with different sized businesses, structure their teams differently and offer differing progression prospects, remuneration, exposure and work-life balance.

Similarly, business services and accounts preparation roles differ greatly and quite commonly form dual roles involving an element of audit.

We work closely with client teams and candidates to understand what they are looking for and how they wish to approach their search before spending the time required to fulfil their requirements.
